"The Mexico's best disco edits label Nocturnal Hazard presents the debut V.A EP of it's new sub-label Magick Numbers, a edit record label focused on release obscure early house music sounds and related stuff from Chicago, NYC, New Jersey and beyond from mid and late 80's edited respectfully for modern dancefloors and released under studio-only anonymous aliases by Roman Truth in collaboration with some Nocturnal Hazard artists who share our vision of house music. This debut EP on the label is a slightly more Chicago house-oriented release, Magick Numbers label boss Roman Truth delivers the first tune of the release entitled Body Movement under his studio-only solo pseudonym Jackmaster Truth, a evil heavy vintage proto-infused Chicago house party monster with catchy vocals. Then the Jefferson Street Boys (aka Sphynx People from the Esfinge Edits camp but shhhhh) strikes back with the party fodder Clockwork, a more acidic and hypnotic proto-garage edit banger than 430 Broad Street Touch by the mysterious studio-only duo Gentle Penetration, which their contribution it's a more deep and soulful party starter tune influenced by the 80's Jersey sound know by some people as New Jersey garage, by contrast, the entitled Ghetto Bump by the Magic Numbers DJ's aka the Nocturnal Hazard Soulsystem is a raw but groovy late 80's punchy Chicago house cut with sexy male vocals, the heavy kick and the bassline bounce you along nicely into the whole six(ish) minutes of the track.
